Terms of Service

1. Agreement, provider, and document order

Your service provider is the legal entity identified at checkout or in the order, payment record, or invoice. If none is separately identified, the provider is PYZN Tech Limited. Shenzhen Peisheng Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. may provide technical and operational support but does not become the contracting provider unless the transaction record says otherwise.

Creating an account, accepting updated legal documents, or submitting an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms. The Refund Policy, Billing FAQ, and Acceptable Use Policy form part of this agreement within their scope; the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Notice apply as separate data-processing notices. In a conflict, conspicuously disclosed checkout or order-specific terms control, followed by these Terms and then the applicable specific policy. Mandatory law always controls.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to enter this agreement. You must provide accurate registration information, protect devices, verification channels, and account sessions, and are responsible for account activity except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Accounts and paid entitlements are for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, rented, transferred, or used to provide unauthorized services to others. If acting for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

3. Service scope and changes

AskCc provides interview preparation, knowledge retrieval, transcription, AI suggestions, and permitted real-time assistance. We may modify, replace, rate-limit, suspend, or discontinue a feature for security, legal, provider, abuse-prevention, capacity, or product reasons; urgent security, compliance, or risk actions may take effect immediately.

If a change prevents substantial fulfillment of a valid paid order, AskCc may provide a functionally reasonable alternative, restore equivalent entitlements, or act under the Refund Policy. Unless law or a separate written agreement requires otherwise, maintenance, test features, provider changes, or temporary unavailability do not automatically create additional compensation rights.

4. Purchases, metering, and refunds

Paid products are fixed interview-time packs purchased individually. After a live interview starts successfully, interview time is metered by the second while the connection remains active. During an active connection, the system keeps the real-time recognition and assistance session available so it can receive and process subsequent speech at any time. Metering is therefore based on the duration of the active connection, not on speech duration, transcript volume, or the number of answers. Interview time continues to be deducted while the connection remains active even if nobody is speaking, there is only ambient sound, the microphone is muted, or no transcript or answer has appeared. Metering stops when you select End Interview or the connection drops, and resumes after a successful reconnection. At least 1 minute must remain to start a new interview, and packs do not auto-renew. Interview-time packs never expire, meaning unused paid time is not reset because of inactivity; this describes the account validity of purchased time and is not a promise to operate the service forever.

Prices, taxes, discounts, AI Credits, payment methods, and included entitlements are determined by checkout and order records. AskCc may change future pricing or packages without retroactively changing completed orders. Coupons, gifts, referral rewards, trials, and AI Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable unless expressly stated. Refunds and remedies follow the Refund Policy and mandatory law.

5. User content and processing license

You retain ownership of materials you provide. You grant the service provider and its processors a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, copy, transmit, transform, index, and process them only as reasonably needed to provide requested features, protect and support the service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis needed for uploaded or captured content. Without permission or another lawful basis, do not submit confidential employer, interviewer, candidate, or customer information, copyrighted content, biometric data, or personal information.

6. AI outputs and user decisions

AI, speech recognition, retrieval, and screenshot recognition are probabilistic and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Outputs are suggestions, not verified facts, professional advice, or guaranteed outcomes.

You must verify outputs, adapt them to your true experience, and decide whether and how to use them. AskCc does not guarantee interview, exam, hiring, scoring, admission, or employment results, or compatibility with every meeting application, operating system, network, or third-party configuration.

7. Product rights and restrictions

AskCc and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, workflows, brand, documentation, and third-party components. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, publish unauthorized benchmarks, extract models or prompts, bypass quotas or access controls, automate access without permission, resell the service, remove rights notices, introduce malicious code, or disrupt operation.

8. Restriction, suspension, and termination

To address unpaid amounts, chargebacks, fraud, account sharing, policy violations, security risks, legal requirements, harm to others, or material service disruption, AskCc may immediately restrict, suspend, or terminate access, revoke free or promotional entitlements, remove violating content, and preserve relevant evidence where reasonably necessary.

Where reasonably practicable and consistent with security, investigations, and legal duties, we provide notice or a review channel. Termination does not affect accrued payment obligations, completed usage, enforcement records, or provisions that by their nature survive.

9. Service disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. AskCc disclaims implied promises that service will be uninterrupted, outputs error-free, the service suitable for a particular interview, user content non-infringing, or a particular model or integration continuously available.

Obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded remain AskCc's responsibility. For verified AskCc-controlled failures, repair, reperformance, or restoration of affected entitlements is the preferred remedy when it reasonably addresses the issue.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, lost opportunity, profit, or reputation, or loss caused by third-party services, except where exclusion is prohibited.

AskCc's aggregate contractual liability arising from the service is capped at the greater of the amount paid for the affected order and the total amount you paid AskCc in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. The cap does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Third-party claims

If your unlawful use, unauthorized content, impersonation, infringement, violation of interview or assessment rules, or breach of these Terms causes a third-party claim against AskCc, you are responsible, to the extent permitted by law and attributable to your conduct, for resulting loss and reasonable defense costs.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify AskCc for AskCc's own breach or negligence or for responsibility that applicable law assigns to the service provider.

12. Governing law and disputes

Agreements with PYZN Tech Limited are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, excluding conflict rules. If checkout identifies another contracting entity, the laws of its place of incorporation apply. Mandatory protections in a consumer's place of residence remain unaffected. Before filing a claim, the parties should try to resolve it through support using relevant account and order records.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, courts at the contracting entity's place of incorporation have exclusive jurisdiction; for PYZN Tech Limited, these are Hong Kong courts. This does not exclude mandatory consumer or civil-procedure rights or legally available regulatory complaints.

13. Updates and general terms

We may update these Terms prospectively for legal, security, provider, or product changes. Material changes are notified when required by law or reasonably practicable and renewed consent is obtained when required; urgent security or compliance changes may take effect immediately. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the version accepted for an order remains part of that order's record.

If a provision is unenforceable, it is enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the rest remains effective. A failure to enforce once is not a waiver. You may not assign an account or this agreement without AskCc's written consent; the contracting entity may lawfully assign it to an affiliate or successor in a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale.

Except for payment obligations and liability that cannot be excluded, neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. Contract and service notices may be delivered electronically through the account, application, website, or registered contact details.
