By using AskCc, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and to use our agent tools and platform only for legitimate interview preparation, knowledge retrieval, or collaboration scenarios.

We may adjust feature availability based on system load or security reasons, but will notify you in advance via the console or email of any changes that significantly impact you.

2. Account and Team Responsibilities

You must ensure the security of your account credentials and not share them with unauthorized individuals. If you discover suspicious activity, please contact us immediately at support@pyznai.com.

When using AskCc on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you have obtained legal authorization from that organization and will comply with any related contractual or compliance obligations.

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations

Unless otherwise agreed, all subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel or adjust your plan from the console management page at any time before the renewal date; no refunds for already-active periods.

We may offer trials or promotions from time to time; if promotion terms conflict with this agreement, the promotion terms shall prevail.

4. Intellectual Property and Content

AskCc's algorithms, models, brands, and documentation are owned by Shenzhen Peisheng AI Technology Co., Ltd. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them within permitted scope.

You retain ownership of uploaded materials (such as resumes, JDs, knowledge bases); we only use this data to the extent necessary to provide services and improve models.

5. Termination and Suspension

If you seriously violate these terms, impact system stability, or harm other users' interests, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access. We will provide reasonable advance notice and appeal channels.

After termination, your data will be handled according to our privacy policy and applicable regulations; we will assist in exporting portable content when necessary.
