AskCc provides ongoing support. Refund requests can be submitted within 30 days of purchase and are handled under the refund policy.
Ongoing support
AskCc support remains available whenever you need help with a purchase, usage, or order. This ongoing support is separate from the 30-day refund request window.
Interrupted interviews
Live interview time is measured in seconds and shown as minutes. When an interview ends or a connection drops, AskCc deducts only the interview time actually recorded. Contact support if the displayed usage looks incorrect.
How to request a refund
Within 30 days of purchase, email support@pyznai.com with your account email and order information. The support team will review the request and reply with the next step.
How refunds are handled
Refund requests are reviewed using the order and its recorded usage. Once a refund is completed, unused interview time and AI Credits from that purchase are adjusted with the refund outcome. Contact support if you have questions about the result.
