AskCc does not retain raw audio as a replayable recording. Screenshots, transcripts, recognized questions, and session history may be retained to provide the service, support recovery, review, and troubleshooting.
User materials
Resumes, job descriptions, knowledge bases, project notes, skill cards, and uploaded documents are your business data. AskCc uses them to provide requested features and does not authorize them for shared model training unless it separately offers such a program and obtains the authorization required by law.
Live session data
Raw live-session audio is used for transcription and is not retained as a replayable recording. Screenshots submitted for question recognition or answer generation may be uploaded to controlled storage and retained with the related session or message. Transcripts, recognized questions, generated answers, and conversation history may also support recovery, review, continuity, support, or dispute handling.
Model and provider processing
AskCc sends configured model and infrastructure providers prompts, transcripts, question text, screenshots, or other context reasonably necessary for the active feature. Provider retention depends on provider controls, configuration, agreements, and legal duties. AskCc does not sell personal data or authorize business data for shared model training without the required separate authorization.
Retention and deletion
Account content is generally retained while the account or related record remains active. Deletion requests are handled according to product capabilities, backup rotation, and applicable law; payment, tax, security, fraud-prevention, audit, or dispute records may be isolated for the necessary period. Use available product settings or support channels for data requests.
Data processing FAQ
Will my resume or interview materials be used to train models?
AskCc does not authorize your business data for shared model training unless it separately offers a model-improvement program and obtains the express authorization required by law.
Is live interview audio stored?
Live audio is processed into transcription and active-session context; raw audio is not stored as long-term business data. Transcripts and conversation history may be stored as business data for recovery, review, or troubleshooting, and can be deleted through the normal deletion process.
Are screenshots stored permanently?
Screenshots may be uploaded to controlled storage and processed by configured providers for question recognition or answer generation, and may be retained with the related session or message. Recognized question text, options, code, and generated answers may remain in session history and are handled under the Privacy Policy and available deletion flows.
Are transcripts and recognized question text stored?
Yes. Transcripts and recognized question text may be stored as business data for conversation history, review, recovery, or support. They follow the same export, deletion, and no-shared-training rules as uploaded materials.
Do third-party model providers store requests?
Requests may be processed by configured model or infrastructure providers to deliver the feature. AskCc tries to send only the minimum context needed for the active feature; provider retention, logging, and abuse monitoring are governed by provider controls, configuration, and agreements. AskCc does not sell your business data or authorize shared model training without your explicit permission.
How long does deletion take?
Timing depends on the data type, product capabilities, backup rotation, and applicable law. Payment, tax, security, fraud-prevention, audit, or dispute records may be isolated for the relevant purpose and period.
Where is data stored?

Can I export or delete account data?
Use available in-product settings or support@pyznai.com to request access, export, correction, or deletion. AskCc may verify identity and responds within the scope and period required by applicable law.
