Live interviews are tracked in seconds and displayed as minutes. The recorded elapsed duration is deducted from your active package when the interview ends.
AI credits are AskCc’s usage balance for large-model calls, deducted based on the tokens those models actually consume. Pre-interview preparation model calls use AI credits. Live interview assistant model calls do not. Live interviews only deduct interview time by the minute.
If you end the interview yourself, AskCc finalizes immediately. If the connection drops, AskCc follows the interview lifecycle and reconnect grace window, then deducts the recorded elapsed duration. If you believe a system fault caused unusual usage, contact support.

The resumes, job descriptions, knowledge base files, and project skill cards you upload are used only to generate personalized interview responses for you, and business data is encrypted by default. We never use your personal data for model training unless you explicitly grant permission. You can export or permanently delete your data from the console at any time.
