Does it support macOS and Windows?
Yes. We support macOS 13+ on Apple silicon and Intel, plus Windows 11 and Windows 10 22H2 (x64). For Mac, we recommend an M-series model and, if possible, macOS 26 or later. For Windows, we recommend Windows 11; if you use Windows 10, install all available system updates before using AskCc.
How is data used?
We follow a privacy-first principle. The resumes, job descriptions, knowledge base files, and project skill cards you upload are used only to generate personalized interview responses for you, and business data is encrypted by default. We never use your personal data for model training unless you explicitly grant permission. You can export or permanently delete your data from the console at any time.
