AskCc offers a 30-day quality guarantee, but it is not an unconditional refund promise; abuse, policy violations, fraud, or repeated refund behavior may be declined.
30-day quality guarantee
Current paid packages are one-time purchases with a 30-day quality guarantee. If product quality does not meet expectations, contact support within 30 days of purchase with your account and order details; refund handling is reviewed under this policy.
Interrupted sessions
Live interview session time is measured in seconds and shown as minutes. When a session ends, AskCc deducts the recorded elapsed duration from your active package. If a connection drops, finalization follows the session lifecycle and reconnect grace window.
How to request a refund
Email support@pyznai.com with the account email, order information, and reason for the request. The support team will review the purchase and reply with the next step.

The 30-day quality guarantee is not an unconditional refund promise. Refunds can be declined for abuse, policy violations, fraud risk, or repeated refund behavior; when a package is refunded, unused quota from that purchase may be revoked.
