Is AskCc a subscription?
No. AskCc's current public paid model is one-time purchase packages, not subscriptions.
Will my package auto-renew?
No. Current packages do not auto-renew and AskCc does not charge recurring subscription fees. Unless a future purchase page explicitly describes a subscription product, purchases are not billed as subscriptions.
Do paid packages expire?
Under the current model, paid packages have lifetime validity. Free trials, promotions, or special grants may have separate terms if explicitly stated.
How are interview minutes deducted?
Live interview session time is tracked in seconds and displayed as minutes. The recorded elapsed duration is deducted from your active package when the session ends.
What happens if an interview session is interrupted?
If you end the session, billing finalizes immediately. If the connection drops, AskCc uses the session lifecycle and reconnect grace window, then deducts the recorded elapsed duration. Contact support if you believe a system fault caused incorrect usage.
Does the free trial require a credit card?
No. The free trial includes 20 minutes of session time and does not require a credit card.
Can I get a refund?
AskCc offers a 30-day quality guarantee, but it is not an unconditional refund promise. Contact support within 30 days of purchase with your account and order details; refunds may be declined for abuse, policy violations, fraud risk, or repeated refund behavior, and unused quota from a refunded package may be revoked.
What payment methods are supported?
The China partition supports WeChat Pay and Alipay. Global purchases use Stripe-supported card and checkout payment methods, with availability depending on region and checkout configuration.
