我們致力於以透明、可控的方式處理您的資料。本隱私政策介紹我們如何收集、使用與保護資訊。
1. 我們收集的資料
當您註冊或使用 AskCc 時，我們會收集必要的賬號資訊（如姓名、郵箱、團隊名稱）以及您的偏好設置。若您選擇接入企業協作工具，我們也會獲取最小化的身份標識以完成單點登錄。
在使用產品時，您可以上傳履歷、面試題、知識庫或使用日誌等內容。這些屬於您的專屬資料，可在設置中隨時管理與刪除。
2. 我們如何使用資料
資料主要用於提供核心產品功能、生成上下文回答、發送服務提醒、維護安全並提升產品可靠性。
我們可能使用彙總或去識別化的使用資料進行統計分析。除非你明確授權，否則業務資料不會用於共享模型訓練。
3. 資料共享與第三方
我們不出售你的個人資料。我們只會在支付、雲服務、模型、基礎設施或法律要求所必需的範圍內，與受安全和保密義務約束的可信服務商共享必要資訊；服務商留存由配置和協議約束。
4. 資料留存與刪除
運營資料會在您的賬戶活躍期持續保存。若您主動刪除內容或終止服務，我們將在 30 日內完成清除，除非法律要求保留更長時間。
5. 您的權利
您可以隨時訪問、匯出或更正您的個人資訊；也可以通過控制台禁用營銷郵件或撤回授權。
如需提交資料相關請求，請發送郵件至 support@pyznai.com，我們將在 15 個工作日內回覆。
6. 資料分類
運營資料：用於維持平台運行的日誌、設備資訊、操作審計記錄，僅在檢測性能與排障時使用。
業務資料：您上傳的文件、知識庫與團隊對話，是我們為您回答問題或生成內容的唯一來源。
模型資料：經過匿名化與聚合後得到的統計指標，用於評估模型效果，不包含可識別資訊。
7. 儲存與隔離
所有業務資料預設存放在符合等保與 ISO 27001 的雲環境中，並通過邏輯租戶隔離實現團隊級別的邊界控制。
敏感字段在靜態儲存和傳輸時均採用業界標準的加密算法（AES-256 / TLS 1.3）。
8. 模型訓練與優化
除非您在控制台顯式開啓「用於模型改進」選項，否則您的業務資料不會進入任何共享訓練流程。
若您提供資料用於訓練，我們會在使用前再次告知具體範圍，並允許您隨時撤回授權。
9. 訪問控制
僅有經過背景審查的核心運維人員才能在緊急情況下訪問生產環境，並記錄完整審計日誌。
我們支援基於角色的權限（RBAC）和細粒度的空間隔離，以幫助企業客戶進行合規管理。
Privacy FAQ
Does AskCc use my resume, JD, or interview content to train models?
AskCc does not use your business data for shared model training unless you explicitly enable model improvement or give equivalent permission. Your resume, job descriptions, knowledge base, transcripts, recognized question text, and session history stay governed by the privacy and data-processing terms.
What do third-party model providers receive?
AskCc sends only the minimum context needed for the active feature, such as the current question, relevant resume or JD context, transcript text, or screenshot image needed for recognition. Provider retention, logging, and abuse-monitoring behavior depend on provider controls, configuration, and agreements.
How can I delete or export my data?
You can request access, export, correction, or deletion through the console or support@pyznai.com. Data-related requests are normally answered within 15 business days, and deletion is completed within 30 days unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
Where should I check live-session audio, screenshots, and transcripts?
Use the Data Processing page for the detailed matrix. In short, AskCc does not store raw audio or raw screenshots as long-term business data, while transcripts, recognized question text, generated answers, and conversation history may be stored for recovery, review, continuity, or support.
