## Core posture

- Users retain ownership of uploaded resumes, job descriptions, knowledge base files, notes, and skill cards.
- AskCc applies transport and at-rest protections appropriate to the active product partition, feature, and provider; no system guarantees absolute security.
- AskCc does not authorize business data for shared-model training without the separate permission required for that purpose.
- Users can manage visible records in the product or request access, export, correction, or deletion through support. Limited residual, security, financial, dispute, or legal records may remain when reasonably necessary.

## AI model requests

AskCc sends the context reasonably needed for the active feature to configured model and infrastructure providers. Provider retention, logging, and abuse-monitoring behavior are governed by provider controls, configuration, and agreements. AskCc does not sell user data or authorize business data for shared-model training without the separate permission required for that purpose.
