## Pricing model

AskCc uses a 20-minute free trial plus fixed interview-time packs. Interview time is deducted by the second as it is used; unused paid time has no preset expiry while the relevant service remains offered, starting a new interview requires at least 1 minute remaining, and packs do not auto-renew.

Support and refunds: AskCc provides ongoing support. Each account may request one voluntary refund for one completely unused order within 5 calendar days of purchase; duplicate charges, delivery failures, unremedied AskCc-controlled failures, and legally required refunds are handled under the published refund policy.

## Usage units

- Interview time is measured and deducted by the second, then displayed in minutes.
- Unused paid interview time has no preset expiry while the relevant service remains offered and the account remains in good standing; this is not a promise to operate the same service forever.
- Starting a new interview requires at least 1 minute remaining; otherwise, the user must manually purchase another pack. Packs do not auto-renew.
- Credits (shown as AI credits) cover Local Agent model calls and metered preparation services.
- A successful web search or profile knowledge retrieval uses 1 credit. Knowledge Base uploads and cloud document parsing use verified file size at 1/2/5 credits per MiB for document/image/text; local parsing is free.
- Live-interview model and internal knowledge-retrieval work is included in interview time and does not separately consume AI credits.
- The app shows remaining interview time and AI credit balance in product UI.
