# AskCc data processing

AskCc processes raw audio for real-time transcription and does not retain it as a reusable recording. Screenshots submitted for recognition or answer generation may be uploaded to private storage and retained with the related message or session. Transcripts, recognized question text, generated answers, and conversation history may also be retained for history, continuity, support, and dispute review.

## Model-provider boundary

Context reasonably needed for the active feature may be sent to configured third-party model providers. Provider-side retention depends on provider controls, configuration, and agreements. AskCc does not sell business data or authorize it for shared-model training without the separate permission required for that purpose.
