# AskCc acceptable use

## Intended use

AskCc is intended as a capability amplifier: it helps users organize what they already should be able to say under pressure. It is appropriate for truthful interview preparation, mock interviews, communication practice, post-session review, and AI assistance where support tools are permitted.

## User responsibility

Users are responsible for following employer, recruiter, platform, school, exam, confidentiality, proctoring, and local legal rules. AskCc should not be used to misrepresent qualifications, bypass assessment rules, leak confidential material, or impersonate another person.

Users must not probe, scan, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, automate unauthorized access to, or bypass usage, payment, safety, access-control, or technical limits of the service. They must not upload malware, stolen credentials, unlawful content, or material they lack the right to process.

## Agent-specific guidance

- Interview Agent suggestions should be adapted truthfully to the user's real background and communication style.
- Exam Agent should be used for practice, review, learning, and assessment contexts where assistance is allowed.
- Knowledge base material should only include content the user has the right to upload and process.
